Orientation can be portrait or landscape.<\/li><li>Printing should  be large enough to be viewed from a distance of approximately 1 m or more.<\/li><li>Each poster  must have a top label indicating the title of the paper, the names of the      authors and their affiliations. The size of the characters for the title should be at least 2.5 cm.<\/li><li>Keep illustrative material simple. Charts, drawings, and illustrations may be      similar to those used in making PowerPoint slides &#8211; preferably with bolder, heavier figures.<\/li><li>Do not fold posters; roll and carry them in an appropriate container. Please unroll      the poster when you arrive at the hotel so that it has time to \u201crelax.\u201d  This will make it much easier to attach to the poster board\/easel.<\/li><li>Do not mail poster presentations in advance; bring them with you to the meeting. It is  very expensive to ship items to the hotel and have them delivered; the      organization will cannot accept such deliveries.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clips or tape will be provided to affix your poster to the\ndisplay board. Meeting volunteers will be present to assist you during the\nposter set up times. Removal and collection of posters at the end of the\ndisplay period remains the responsibility of the author(s).
