This year's conference is scheduled for Thursday October 1 to Saturday October 3 at the Hilton Wilmington Riverside in Wilmington NC.  The deadline for room reservations at the conference rate will be Sunday, August 30.  People can call 8-5 at the hotel 1-888-324-8179 or Hilton Worldwide Reservations at 1-800-HILTONS or make reservations on-line at www.wilmingtonhilton.com.
